Tuesday, August 22nd the youth group will be traveling from 9am-3pm to Medford to go partake in the eating of the Chick-fil-A. We ask for a $5 donation for gas, and for students to bring money for their lunch. For your student to join us we need you to fill out the medical form that is attached and either return it by scanning it and sending it back to brandon@glidebaptist.org or bringing it to the youth group.
